Well that should depend on the player BB and whether they need fielding... I train my players individually, and I'm training them up to reliable fielding.

Why do you trade players so soon after buying them Nails. You'll more than likely lose money on them as a result. You have to sell them for at least 25k each to make money...

Doesn't really matter if I lose money, they're pretty useless to my side and just used as back ups...

I'd be losing more money by keeping them in the side and having to pay their wages. I like them, they're good blokes, but getting rid of them is better for the overall squad.
