47.3   W   Stone to Astle : [catch] Astle goes big but doesn't quite get onto it as he'd like. Simon makes up some great ground and launches himself towards the ball. Superb catch! At full stretch too! Astle is seen muttering angrily to himself on the way back to the pavilion, I hope they have insurance and a good window fitter.
N. Astle c R. Simon b. D. Stone 193 (146b 17x4 5x6) SR:132.19

Good riddance, made 119 more than you should have and really hurt my chances of a win..

Astle was farming the strike sooo good that C. Jones had been in for 4 and a half overs but only faced 3 deliveries.

Astle!!  8)
Got us home.

End of over 50 (5 runs) - bundy bashers(222-6) RR 4.44
S. Aktar 3 (4b) , C. Backman 14 (9b) , K. Sreedhar 10-0-63-1

Not a bad total on a sticky pitch, not great either

At least we bowled you out :)

Don't really like our chances, but we'll give it a red hot crack. If Stone can get off to a solid start we'll be in the chase.

0.2   1   Brohaska to Stone : A hopeless shot but they will still get a run. Good ball from Brohaska.
0.1   .   Brohaska to Stone : Stone let's it go through to Harris

Solid start, a run before a wicket is always a positive  ;D

End of over 1 (6 runs) - The Nailers(6-0). 310 runs required from 49 overs. RR 6.00 RRR 6.33
D. Stone 5 (5b) , S. Siddiq 1 (1b) , H. Brohaska 1-0-6-0

Stone is on A, hopefully he can bat for a while...

Sharif tends to get tonnes of wickets with yorker talent.
Is crazy, as his skills aren't fantastic.

Maca24

Bye Bye Stone. Bowled Brohaska!

I used to have like my best 4-5 bowlers with trigger talents but they're not in my best anymore... should have played Maddox who has slowerball and is rfm... probably slightly better than Texel but not a genuine wicket taker...

Should have played Maddox instead (although both have trigger talents)

Texel's 10-0-93-0 is a disgrace.

@Maca - my best batsman comes in now :) 3rd/4th/5th are probably 3 of my best 4 bats... Stone is up there but probably w/ bowling fatigue not quite in the top 3, therefore 3rd/4th/5th = my best 3 bats.

Shaggy vs R&B. Good game indeed at the moment.

My point in that post was...

I have 2 bowlers with triggered talents in this game and neither of their talents activated ONCE - forgot to mention that...

Yet your accumulator activated 5 times  ::)

CrowsFan

An accumulator talent is far more likely to activate cos there are more dot balls.
You can't expect a trigger talent to happen every game, I once had a player go 10 matches without using his bounce talent
