How often does Fatigue change?
Two if my 28 year olds, a bowler and an all rounder, are both as Listless, and will have a match on Tuesday...
What do i do?

Listless!  :o

They are 28 and play every game... Should i like rest them for one game? two games? and should i change their training to Rest?
The next worst are 20 y.o at Passable

Only play them when it's must win games Luigi... for now IMO (I've only looked at Herman)

But I'd put Herman onto Endo training until he hits at least Outstanding endurance... He'll train pretty damn fast and that Gifted Endo helps. However just don't play them in games unless you need to.... for now.

I think the worst fatigued I've ever played a player in SOD/T20 this season was revived... lol

yes that would suit you well. Could be a nice late order slogger for you. Batting at 5.
