I am seeking some advice. I was wondering about my players. Should i stop at spec/spec and then train power and endurance. I understand that training to exceptional takes roughly 20 weeks or so and the wage will get high. Thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated

Spec/Spec for sure. Lesnar is taking me ages to get to exceptional.

I'd say if their secondaries are acceptable, then can go for Except/Except although will take 1 1/2 seasons to get there. I'm happy with Outs/Outs for my players but Spect/Spect should be good enough for a better squad.

Potentially have Sreed who could push to Except/Except when he is 26 due his AWESOME secondaries already at 23 :P. But as I said, depends on what you consider as acceptable secondaries.

On a side note, Gallagher still going strong :P.

Thanks Guys. Indeed am very happy as he did great in his first game! :D. Was lucky to be taken on tour and has proven his worth to the Irish 8).

Shame he couldn't crack the century but considering he's arguably one of the worst batters in the squad, can't be disappointed! Has his talent to help his spot but barely used it ;D.
