I was looking the other day for a spinner and noticed that Baz had a 25yr old at 500k (don't know what he ended up getting, he started at 450k ?) and it got me thinking where was he?

I'm hoping he's looking after his Yahoo team  8)

I've got a player I'm training up who's exp/exp with 3.8K spare ratings and he's gifted in Technique, currently 21 so therefore I'm pretty confident he'll be Outs/Outs by the end of this year or at the worst this time next year... I could sell him for 250K  :o

But I think I'd rather keep him. Well considering his endo/fielding he probably wouldn't go for as much :( but oh well, he's a gun.

Hypothetical. Simon comes out to bat at No. 3. Every single ball he hits, but he has no muscle so the ball goes straight to the infielder. After 4 overs he gets tired because he has no stamina, so Simon, batting at No. 3, the most patient position, is out for single figures.

He needs to work on his Power and Endurance first.

It's reas at the mo and it's improving++

I'm not training on fielding at the moment because when my players are rested and my moments are rested (based on his latest friendly) he has a 10-15K ratings advantage on me... now I beat him in our last match cause my players weren't fatigued and his were, but if I want to promote I need to beat/tie him in our next match, therefore I'm training them on primaries to catch up...

Once each of my players get another primary pop then I'll start fielding training them... i.e. Yogish = expected to go to acc/acc this week or next week so I'll train him on fielding after that, which should go rather quickly as he's also gifted in fielding :)

Power and Endo are things you should work on between like 23-27yo... that's when they train up fastest, it takes agessss to train Power/Endo when they're only 20-21 which is why I'm leaving them for now.

it takes fielding no time to train up though nails. You can easily get a fielding pop for pretty much everyone on your side before next match

How many weeks per fielding pop do you think? Surely it's like 5 weeks at least? I just want a primary pop off each of them :(
