3. Drew Currie - 150* from 136 balls, as well as a catch. He was the only batsman who stood up for the flock today.
2. Sheldon Cooper - Took 4/37 but uprooted the top order removing my top 4 batsmen.
1. Marcus Adams - It was debated whether Marcus should play today, he was given a game in the hope he'd take a few wickets and he did picking up 5/62

Both teams took early wickets and in the end the difference was Currie went on to post a massive score.
Other than that both innings unfolded in very similar fashions.

28.1   6   Russell to Texel : [Boundary Hitter] More like baseball than cricket as Texel thumps a wayward delivery into the crowd.

That in itself makes up for the fact he bowled 10-0-68-0

Not happy with the performance

got a massive score and couldn't bowl them out but i won by 105 runs which shouldn't mean much on a flat

Lansdown 3 points for his 213 N.O.
Thumper 2 points for his 131 N.O
Redgrave 1 point for his 106 (his guy)

will stick with the T20 lineup i think atm

but this game proves again that i need another genuinely good PACE bowler and i have a suspicion that playing on a crumbling pitch in T20 enhanced my ratings somewhat cause there isn't a huge gap in ratings

I rated 133,311 in my T20 but with my Bee getting MOTM in my first T20 game with figures of 2-0-6-5 i may use that strategy in my games....

forgive the ramblings but if you can suggest anything else i have may have missed please enlighten me

8-6 Suited

Seen better. :P I wish I had enough money to sustain deluxe academies in both seniors and youth, and a side that had an average age of 25 that rated 220k. One day I will have it. :P

Voting booths are open. Good luck to Barlow in South Africa and good luck to the manager of whichever country you are associated

Very nice youth - Will be a fantastic keeper if he goes to a coach who has an excellent YA/SA

32.2   W   Morris to Cohen : [catch] Goes for the big lofted drive, but doesn't time it at all and rather tamely picks out Hayes on the edge of the circle.
W. Cohen c C. Hayes b. A. Morris 68 (87b 3x4 1x6) SR:78.16

FINALLY

End of over 33 (2 runs) - sophies cc(176-2) RR 5.33
W. Freeman 1 (3b) , A. Kennedy 91 (102b) , A. Morris 7-1-21-1

33.2   W   Singh to Kennedy : [catch] Singh released the ball with a horizontal seam, causing it to leap up and Kennedy was unable to keep his shot down. The ball flew straight to Azad at mid on who holds on to the catch.
A. Kennedy c M. Azad b. G. Singh 91 (104b 6x4 1x6) SR:87.50

WOOO :D

36.2   1 W   Morris to Thorpe : [runout] Greedy and plain stupid. Thorpe and Freeman have tried to go for the extra run, taking on Hayes's arm in the deep and losing. And that wicket's been thrown away.
W. Thorpe run out (C. Hayes) 5 (11b 0x4 0x6) SR:45.45

keep em coming 8)

42.2   W   Kity to Nitschke : [catch] There's a noise as that goes through to van der Wiel and Kity turns and appeals. Glove? Bat? Nitschke's arthritic wrists playing up? Doesn't matter, umpire says it's out.
G. Nitschke c J. van der Wiel b. A. Kity 14 (22b 0x4 0x6) SR:63.64

End of over 43 (4 runs) - sophies cc(213-5) RR 4.95
C. Cawse 1 (1b) , W. Freeman 14 (27b) , A. Kity 7-0-43-1

would like to limit them to about 240, still in s good position after the bad start

Is he worth chasing? Need a better keeper to boost my ratings.

cookie311993

Maca didnt you just recently buy a young keeper? you are better off sticking with the one you have to mine experience for him. 20 year old he will train fast and the exp will be good for him for future

Coming along rather nicely on a crumbling wicket :)
