I have an Spec/Spec LFS with avg batting, but I don't really count that as an AR

I IGM'd one of the England Nat managers to see what skill levels would be required for him to be a Nat player at age 25. The reply I got was that his skills needed to be ..  Exceptional bowling & technique, with accomplished fielding and power    :o   Using the player predictor I can only get to spec/spec with acc power or excep/excep with reas power at 25   :(

yea baz thats the requirements I got from Dutch manager for Lesnar..
Lesnar is 24 with Spec/Excep LFS with Capable Fielding and Endo. Only Reas exp though  :-\ Close to a pop though.
Cartwright is way better than Lesnar so surely he will be a NAT in future.

Good question Fletch. I didn't think to ask why. Maybe he meant endurance cos mediums don't require that much power.
