French is a finisher, plus your keeper so should stay where he is to utilise his talent. Sim should also stay where he is cos his spin specialist talent so can come in during the middle overs when spinners usually bowl. I would just leave it how it is for now ;)
I agree you need another batsmen since Barbour is not good enough, but obviously if you don't have the money no point trying to get one. Just save up your money for a few weeks and see where you are then :)

Get 1 quality YP first week in FTP and you can go from a middle of the pack team to a favourite to promote... As long as my opponent's don't pull off such lucky bullbath (a tub load of shower)
