To be honest PB, you should completely forget about your youths for a season or two and concentrate on building a strong senior team. For a new team, its much easier to make money in your seniors in the short term. Gate takings, prizemoney etc are higher for seniors and you have 3 comps in seniors, but only 1 in youths. Once your senior team is settled, only then should you start investing into youths.

But in the end, its up to you how you play the game. At the very least, try to only have 12 players in your youths. Any more than 12 means you will be paying extra unnecessary wages.

So he can decide/tell you which youths you should drop and which you should keep as you requested earlier.

I've revealed those 5 players i'm considering. I'll get rid of 3 of them.

D. Dighton 24 (31b) , S. Jansen 30 (26b) , D. Sidebottom 2-0-9-0

D. Sidebottom is by far my worst bowler playing... very happy with his economical bowling.

My batsmen are having fun out there.

This is the battle for relegation. Loser goes to Div. 7. But i need to make up 0.6 NRR to overtake him if i win.

Nails

I'm relegated if I like it or not...

since I've taken over though, I've had a 10 wicket and a ~150 run win...  ::)
