I don't know what to do anymore. My team keeps losing, my fatigue is killing all my players, and I'm about to get relegated. I think in the eos I need to go all out for batsmen, and maybe a new, younger keeper.

I say the EOS after next week will do your team wonders :). Gives them 2-3 weeks to rest and get their fatigue back up. Next season probably to work with resting players during the season (may have to take on a few more playable players in your Squad to do so). But it allows you to more than likely play your best team when you need to. That and can work Endurance on a couple like I'm trying to do so they can last for longer schedules :P.

HP - fatigue is reset to rested for every player at the end of every season. He will only have to wait till next week and his players will all be rested again  :)

Spinner with talents.
Fast Medium with secondaries. *Recommended
Batter with a potentiall good fielder.
Spinner with ready made Fielding + Skills. May go for a bit. *Highly Recommend if looking for Project Spinner.
A fairly decent Medium for Nails/PB with a decent talent and can bat a tad.
