Not worth it .. it would take more than a full season to get his fielding to capable, tech gap is HUGE and he would only be accomplished summary with better form.

Wasn't expecting it to be that easy at all!  :o

Batted first and posted 5 for 297, Skinner the biggest contributor scoring a ton. Then in reply bowled out zz for 159 in just 38.3 overs! My 2 spinners combing to take 6 wickets, which was a great effort on a green pitch :)

I don't know what to do anymore. My team keeps losing, my fatigue is killing all my players, and I'm about to get relegated. I think in the eos I need to go all out for batsmen, and maybe a new, younger keeper.

I say the EOS after next week will do your team wonders :). Gives them 2-3 weeks to rest and get their fatigue back up. Next season probably to work with resting players during the season (may have to take on a few more playable players in your Squad to do so). But it allows you to more than likely play your best team when you need to. That and can work Endurance on a couple like I'm trying to do so they can last for longer schedules :P.

Could work but I'd stay away from him. Will take quite some time without games to get him back from Shattered fatigue.

Power to Capable sounds good as Fielding would take quite some time at his age :(. Maybe after his Power training is done next season, could switch to fielding to get a pop or so with the remaining weeks to the season (should get there if it takes 8 weeks for 2 Power pops due to age).

I have an Ave/Acc (Bat/Tech) with Acc/Ave Keep/Field 20 y.o who I had to fire earlier this season :(. Now everybody needs keepers :P.

Shouldnt take long as ive already had him training in power for i think two weeks and hes been on endurance training before im pretty sure. I think hes close to a bowling pop so might get that and then stick him on fielding till the end of next season.

Could sell you one of the above two Cookie, I was thinking of selling the second guy as im in div5 next year and itll most likely be a whole lot of bots in my league so ill play the top guy to keep wages down. Though i wouldnt mind keeping the second guy as he will quite easily reach 60k ratings i believe.
