Considering the pitch was Sticky, was suggested to me/franchise to put quite a few batters on Defensive as it's a big advantage to ALL bowlers. My top order collapsed but middle order steadied the boat for me to end with 196 (from like 4/40 or something). Make a few tweaks if you feel the need to :).

nah stay away, he will be 20 in 2weeks and Cap/Cap isnt good enough there.

with ordinary batting (could improve) and average fielding makes him somewhat tasty though?

His batting is way too low to become an AR. Remember witohut sub ratings it takes an entire season to make primaries pop ONCE. Potentially he will be an ave/cap/cap 21 y.o with sub par secondaries, exp and primaries. He really aint up to scratch.
