Completely destroying him ;D & RB is going to win his match so I'll move to 2nd and will have a big chance of promoting ;D

Lost by 5 wickets. They chased down the target of 144 in just 36.2 overs :(

Bowling first saw a fairly slow start on a Green/Humid. Strange that it was my Spinner who grabbed 4/29. Flanagan also chipped in with 3/20 in the middle of the innings :). All out for 194.
Batters come in and saw little work done by anybody. 18, 23, 27 from the first 3 batters with little backup anywhere else besides the highest scoring Batsman of the game, Brett McFarlane with a game winning 70! The opponent's Mediums combined for 8 wickets and came down to Dexter and Harrison Morgan left for the last 10 runs or so. They are by far my worst bowlers and put them under intense pressure. Scraped in for the win and puts me in the decent position with 2 games left :). Still 5th in the league due to NRR but considering I'm probably the 5th best team, I need to pull a rabbit out of the hat to get into the 4. I need to beat bother BB and the League Leaders to make sure of my spot and it doesn't help when the Leaders rate 193k :(.

Now BB is my next opponent and he suffered yet another loss! He outrated his opponent by 20k so something is up with his tactics. He rated 180k in a friendly so not sure what's happening there!

roo boys!

Yeah BOOMZ, I won for you ;)

I think I have finally found a great opening pair :) Harrison made 69 and Ali 68! And last game I had them opening they killed it also.

Played away against Toy Dolls last night, on a crumbling/humid in front of 11,484 fans (almost $35k in away gate takings  :D)
Won the toss and decided to bowl.
All bowlers did a great job restricting them to 191, bowling them out in less than 45 overs. Gangodawila stood up again taking 5/37 from 7.5 overs.
The batsman got off to a poor start with the first 3 wickets falling for 49 runs in the 15th over. Then Dedini and Karim dug in with a 99 run partnership, ensuring a thrilling finish. The middle order did a great job to pull in the target with 4 wickets and 8 balls remaining   ;D
Karim top scored with 69 (85) while Dedini held the innings together opening with 62 (135).

This was a totally enexpected victory, but he rested some of his better players (he normally rates 180k+). The win means I move up to 4th, out of the relegation zone   :)

From there I lost by 5 wickets playing 5 seamers on a green/humid WTF.
Yeah he outrated he but that is an atrocious effort from my bowlers.
Mega pissed.

Umar and Vint were the main offenders. Starting to wonder if I should drop Vint until he improves his bowling as it really isn't up to scratch. His bowler and his keeper FML.

I should add I will now definitely get relegated.

DazBurg

Well I'm sorry but no wickets in conditions equivalent to a sticky pitch makes me want to headbutt somebody.

Bazinga

I don't understand why people who know they rate higher than their opponent play on crumbling pitches. It is by far the most unpredictable when it comes to results. If I know my opponent is much inferior to me I always prepare a flat/hard pitch. Higher rating teams rarely lose on flat pitches.
