Extremely happy with the score by my lads. 3 batsmen got over 50 while my keeper/batsman made 112.

Well there wasn't any fun Baz :(
I wanted to bat first haha. Yeah ratings are looking nice, only lose 1 batter next season, but got a very suitable replacement. The problem is I lose 3 bowlers :o

8.3 W Murphy to Wallace : Got him! Pushes it through outside off stump, Wallace doesn't transfer his weight at all and his tentative poke provides an edge which carries safely to Rewari at first slip.

9.1 W Jamieson to Dupain : Got him! Pushes it through outside off stump, Dupain doesn't transfer his weight at all and his tentative poke provides an edge which carries safely to Black at first slip.

I won fairly easily as well guys.

Btw, will you guys be joining the GC next year? (If there is one)

I won't after all the conflict and arguments that have happened so far.

Let's get back to FF tournaments and franchise leagues. ;)

Will anyone have time to organise a franchise league?

We tried to last season ??? but obviously that worked out very well. :P

I assume that if we do this it will be next season or even the season after so we've still got time.

One thing that everyone needs to consider with a franchise league is that it requires friendlies where challenges need to be issued, and a lot of guys on FF don't have FTP membership, meaning they will not be able to issue challenges. If two players are matched up where neither of them are FTP members, the comp will be screwed.

It could be done on Sundays after PC in 2 seasons time.

Not sure if we will remember this at that time, but maybe we will.

Everyone will need to be members though for a franchise league to work

If there's a competition/league/whatever going on I want in  8)

I'll use my spec/spec to singlehandedly win it....

How good can I expect a spec/spec rfs to be on a crumbling windy wicket? (It's how I've been working all my pitches to be as he's by far my best bowler)

What exactly is a franchise league? I'll pay to be a member if I have to.
