The problem Alex isn't that it will 'catch up' but it will always be behind what a player worth what you paid will be. Average power at 26 is terrible. Terrible mate. I expect that at 23 BEFORE I would train power, let alone at 26.

He can still get to reliable power after that though. Or better depending how long I can be bothered training it. I already said you were right, I overpaid. But he is still a good player. I could keep him at outs/spec and give him great secondaries, and I may go down that road.
