My academy is Excellent so helping my seniors. Getting 1 or 2 projects each season if I feel the need to. Certainly looking for a good 20 y.o Batsman with decent secondaries. Can play them in T20 for Exp :). Current batsman should be Exp/Exp by season's end which is good enough for me with their secondaries (Fielding and Endurance as Power will be implemented last this season).

work alex seems everyone is keen on seniors. mine is excellet and improving+. Neal Out/exp 21 year old. good. working on fielding atm. power can wait till 23 or 24. so 2 or 3 seasons of primary for him should be looking at spec/spec or better

What is he like RB/BP?

Nice talents. I would say maybe 50k-75k for me (age and experience). Could up up over 100k if you're unlucky CF :(.

Second one went too far but nabbed the first guy for only 1k! Very happy with that buy as a project :D.
