On comes Lidgerwood...

42.1   W   Lidgerwood to Hjaldrgoð : Short down the leg side, it was close to the body. Hjaldrgoð looks to pull, gets a glove to it, and it goes straight into the gloves of Johnstone, who takes it gleefully.
A. Hjaldrgoð c J. Johnstone b. P. Lidgerwood 119 (116b 10x4 0x6) SR:102.59

Chasing 287 for the win, I'm behind the 8 ball on the go.

2.1   W   Macpherson to Ingall : Wide, but he's dragged it on! He was looking to flay that away through the covers, but a lack of footwork has caused his downfall and the off stump is disturbed.

C. Jeffers 103 (63b) , B. McFarlane 145 (137b) , G. Bee 10-0-89-0
Not bad Cic. Only 3 Players really contributed anything for me (Habib chipping in 95 also). Off to a good start yourself with 6 off the first over.

Anybody really bored, we are versing the pommies and winning in the U19's 8).

Just a quick check up and now I'm gone ;).

Cicjose

I cant believe how badly my spinners bowled on the slow deck

Justin Bieber

Considering my weakest Bat is Acc/Acc (pretty bad compared to some others on here) wouldn't say it is considering you haven't built your team up as yet. Alex conceeded just as much against GS who probably doesn't have a big as gap as you and me ;).

Would of work well for my Juniors.... 2 M's and 2 FS's and Casper (no need for type, he's AWESOME) 8).

8-6 Suited

19.3   W   Tomasi to Stephens : Yes! Got him! That delivery would've turned off glass! Gill and Tomasi are ecstatic, and Stephens cannot believe how that got through his defenses.
T. Stephens b. A. Tomasi 29 (45b 0x4 1x6) SR:64.44

End of over 22 (3 runs) - Tickle My Timber(127-3). 160 runs required from 28 overs. RR 5.77 RRR 5.71
J. Hogan 72 (68b) , P. Lidgerwood 8 (7b) , R. Francis 1-0-3-0

Need a big partnership from these 2.

End of over 5 (3 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(29-0). 336 runs required from 45 overs. RR 5.80 RRR 7.47
D. Daryapurkar 15 (17b) , D. Vincent 14 (13b) , A. Kansal 3-0-17-0

Alex has started strongly.

8-6 Suited

25.3   2 W   Francis to Lidgerwood : [runout] Oooh, a terrible mix up there with both batsmen ending up at the same end of the pitch.
P. Lidgerwood run out (R. Samuels) 14 (19b 0x4 0x6) SR:73.68

Oh well, shower happens there.

End of over 27 (6 runs) - Tickle My Timber(154-4). 133 runs required from 23 overs. RR 5.70 RRR 5.78
J. Hogan 93 (83b) , A. Sreedevan 0 (3b) , J. Macpherson 9-1-42-1

Over Comparison time at the end of the 27th over:

Hellions CC - 4/155
My Team -  4/154

Basically dead even game right now.

8-6 Suited

Alex is kicking GS' ass at the moment. If Chris' bowlers don't pick up their game soon, they will lose this comfortably.

End of over 15 (12 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(118-0). 247 runs required from 35 overs. RR 7.87 RRR 7.06
D. Daryapurkar 39 (36b) , D. Vincent 76 (56b) , P. Sayers 3-0-30-0

Then McBourne Strikes!

15.3   W   McBourne to Daryapurkar : Lovely delivery tossed up, the doosra, and Daryapurkar reads it wrong. He comes down the track and looks to drive through the on side, Allen fumbles the ball slightly and then removes the bails.
D. Daryapurkar st D. Allen b. S. McBourne 39 (37b 4x4 0x6) SR:105.41

End of over 16 (8 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(126-1). 239 runs required from 34 overs. RR 7.88 RRR 7.03
D. Vincent 79 (59b) , W. Shagmeister 5 (2b) , S. McBourne 3-0-19-1

------

Back to me, I lost my last actual batsman.

31.4   W   Tomasi to Sreedevan : Oh, what's this? Out! Stumped I think... yes, a pretty innocuous ball from Tomasi just had Sreedevan drawn a bit too far forward and his foot slipped out of the crease.
A. Sreedevan st C. Gill b. A. Tomasi 8 (18b 0x4 0x6) SR:44.44

Now it's just my Keeper, Johnstone and then my tail end with 2 reasonable and 2 average summary batsmen to go.

End of over 34 (5 runs) - Tickle My Timber(192-5). 95 runs required from 16 overs. RR 5.65 RRR 5.94
J. Hogan 114 (102b) , J. Johnstone 5 (9b) , A. Tomasi 7-0-33-2

I am ahead of where he was at this point by about 8 runs, however he was still only 4 wickets down and I'm 5. :(

CrowsFan

Smashed some random in a youth friendly just for fun.

Posted 326 on a hard pitch. Then bowled them out for 161.
Melton did the damage with the bat hitting 130 from 85 balls and Wilkinson chipped in with 95 from 73, getting out on the first ball of the last over stopping him from getting his century.
Nevill was the best of the bowlers getting 4 for 16 from 8.

18.4   W   Sayers to Vincent : Short ball, and hooked straight down the throat of the man in the deep! Out!
D. Vincent c D. Campbell b. P. Sayers 90 (67b 7x4 0x6) SR:134.33

VINCENT GAWWWWWWWWWWWWN BY SAYYYYYEERRRSSSSSSS!!!!!

Hahaha.

After he smashed McBourne around for 16 last over. >.>

End of over 19 (4 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(151-2). 214 runs required from 31 overs. RR 7.95 RRR 6.90
W. Shagmeister 18 (11b) , B. Yavar 1 (1b) , P. Sayers 5-0-39-1

How Ironic Sayers gets a wicket. :D But I hate seeing Shaggy family members get smashed around or out cheaply.

---------------

End of over 37 (4 runs) - Tickle My Timber(205-6). 82 runs required from 13 overs. RR 5.54 RRR 6.31
D. Paritosh 0 (0b) , J. Johnstone 17 (22b) , J. Garner 9-0-55-1

36.6   W   Garner to Hogan : He shuffled across his stumps looking to work to leg and was struck in front by Garner.
J. Hogan lbw b. J. Garner 115 (107b 8x4 6x6) SR:107.48

There goes my last hope really. I hope they can. but I don't see my tail putting up the 82 needed along with Johnstone to win this.
