Hell yeah Daz look at Morgan (HP) bought as a reli/reli 20 y.o for next to nothing, he has bowling talents and now he is exp/exp and worth quite a bit.

Daz can you please find out how long it would take him to reach exp/exp batting/tech? It'd be a huge help :)
If not what will happen if he's on keeper-batsman for 3 seasons?

his only problem is his bat is low
if u train him 3 season on keep/bat he will be at 23

accom/accom
spec keep - though might only be oustanding cuz of the level thing
reas field
capable endurance
average power

so then at 23 and 24 just go straight out bat training except for the last 4 weeks of the 2nd season so when he turns 25 he'd be the same except expert bat outstanding tech capable fielding

so then u'd have the season to just pump him full of power

yeah seems the way to go cuz he'll be a gun and great secondaries too ;)

thats the thing i like about this can tell u what ur player be like but also give u a great idea of how to train them up for maximum results

well was saying it wasn't directed at u the whole proves youth works was to everyone including myself that it proves going with youth works even if u don't have the best academies just gotta put a few seasons hard work into it ;)
