BB, play half second stringers and any stars that are rested... And fill the spots with your best youths.

u dont really have to bother with resting youths as they are usually not below rested/revived fatigue (whichever is lower  :P)

i think i misunderstood your question, did you mean you wanted to rest youths, or did you mean you wanted to play youths in the seniors??

yeah play some youths is you have seniors who are below energetic fatigue

sack a few until u have about 14 but dont bother really buying any, if u recruit 1 every week u will get some good 1s occasionally

If you aren't going to bother about your youth team, fire the worst ones until you get 13-14. Recruit weekly.

If you might follow it, recruit from the Transfer Market improvements on your team and fire the bad ones. But try not to go over 5k per buy ;).

Yeah of course I am. Taking a more proactive part in the orders this season and the inner workings of setting tour squads and stuff to run for NAT Manager next season.
