I would help you out JT, but to be honest I would probably lead you in the wrong direction.

Some advice that I will give you though is get people on here to give you a valuation on any player you are thinking of bidding on to see how much you should go up to so that you don't pay too much.

That has been my biggest problem...

JT, I would suggest going here- http://www.fromthepavilion.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2295&start=1230 and asking for a mentor. They will be able to help you a lot as they are typically experienced members who will be dedicated to you.

Generally it will take roughly a season to get 1 academy pop BBoy, the quickest possible is 5 weeks.

Ahh... You should bowl  your AR if he is cap/reli/reli or better, if not then get rid of him, not worth keeping him, then pick up guys like this and work them up- http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=410290

Yeah i could, but all my bowlers are acc/acc or better and my ar isnt good

Well what stats does your AR have? Doesn't need to be accom/accom. AR's are generally weaker bowlers but have handy batting (Cap+)
