Docking is an animal. I cant believe you got hims o cheap. I was broke at the time or I would  have gonne for him aswell.

Is it worth cleaning out my players and getting a deluxe academy.

Not until you can afford to keep going for it Barlow. It costs A LOT of money per week to maintain it,

You would be best with a superior or lavish but thats still about 80k per week in the single academy to stay steady.

At his age btter/keeper-batsman is basically a waste of time. Fielding will also take a long time to pop at his age, although if you want him to have higher fielding then the sooner the better (as you get older it takes longer) although strength will train faster than normal at the moment, so I'd go with that :)

Batting is very weak but hopefully bowling makes up for it. New Captain and Keeper to take the fatigue Hit so Allen can play Pav Cup.
