Basically, it means you have the ability to have larger crowds at your games and thus more money from gate takings ;) lso means ground maintenance is more though.

Hampton recently failed to sell with a 10k reserve price :( He is now in limbo just like the rest of my youth :-\

Wait until you get some capacity crowds Q, then it just means that you can get bigger crowds, but it cost more per week for maintenance.
