For the Bangladesh youth? Just recruit a bangladesh kid and if he meets that criteria, the guy will pay for 3 months membership for you.

Such dedication to their country in FTP. Some guys do it for Bangladesh every few weeks/seasons.

Use your weekly recruit ZZ and you could get it. Just post it there on the forum or PM the guy in game :). I might pull it seing as I don't have any Bangledeshi's :P.

It will be very hard to pull a 16 year old with those stats though...Normally they have either good bowling/batting or good tech but not both...

Pull general and you could likely. An average/ordinary guy would be good. Not U19 NAT worthy but still solid for your youth team.

Very long so just read a few posts here and there. Not entirely sure If I'll join yet. Depends on their match times.

ZZ - If you pull one, he won't buy them. Just wants people to recruit Bangladesh. Just a reward if you get a good one that can help their future prospects. If you want, you could sell him after a month or two.

Probably looking due to his age and rating. NAT and U19 NAT managers can look at all the players that fall under that category from that country. So they know who they are after and who's on their radar :D.

Takes a few training sessions to pop. Depends on skill and age also. I don't know them but some guys on their forum made a spreadsheet on it. Skill + age + academy = weeks needed.

Every single training skill trains endurance to some extent...hmmm...

Took you that long to realise it? :P.

Goes up pretty slowly unless gifted or training fitness. Better to have some good endurance players to keep them playing first team.
