And that is after investing 40k in my youth academy this week and choosing general to try and get better stats >:(

PS Daz some bloke had a Bidding Agent going beyond 30k on that guy.
Go to club, matches, go into the league you want to change the team, click on the next game. Pick, save, and click save as default if you want it like that every week.

The 20 y.o is good. Fielding ain't that low compared to others I've seen. Fielding train's the fastest when the player is young (preferably in the youth squad). Power is fastest when the player reaches 25. I'll see what I can do about your batting problem Alex ;).

My youth recruit was Good 8). Irish fellow in Ross Gallagher. Was aiming for anybody and pulled a 16 year old boundary hitter (good for T20's especially).

Batting average Endurance dreadful
Bowling poor Technique ordinary
Keeping ordinary Power ordinary
Fielding dreadful

Wage is almost $1000 as well :D. I good fetch quite a bit for him but will keep him with Currie and Casperson. Fielding will be worked on this season 8). Hopefully can get it to average by seasons end and get a tech pop on the way ;D.

only difference is 1 level less on bat,endurance and field

I'm going for both, as I need both of them anyway.
