I'd train fielding to Reasonable at least, then Keeper-Bat him for a long time :P. Faster to train fielding when young so I'd take him to Reas (Cap if you really want as fielding trains slowish with Keeping, even slower with Keep-Bat). Rest of his secondaries set though!

Considering I know how to train seniors I know what I need my youth players need to be.

Fielding > reas/capable then a bunch of prims. Not too hard. Training youths is like easiest thing in the game.

I remember when I thought this was the case. :P
You've only got 4 seasons with youths, sometimes less if it's a mid-late season pull, you have to be smart where you invest weeks of training.
I've ruined good players by not training them properly in the first couple of seasons I ran my farm, even though I have experience training young seniors it's very different.

From what I've heard from like every manager here they just do field > reas (PB)/cap (CF) then mostly prims rest of it :-X
