Great news! The team who was level on points with me, but had a better NRR, suffered an upset loss last night, which puts me a game clear with one match to go. That means as long as I can avoid a massive upset (I rate 122k to his 105k, and I am selecting the pitch) then I will promote back to division 1 ;D

Nails

If anyone is available for today any chance you could please challenge me on like cloudy/crumbling?

Want to test my orders for tomorrow's big event.

Cheers, set my orders identical to tomorrow's orders so if I lose might be time to revamp them lol

I could teach you how to set orders on a Cloudy/Crumbling, but you don't have a fm so it won't work. ;)

A little unhappy with my batting. Aronstam and Horton on Aggressive, the other 3 on normal, yet I only managed 162 on a Flat. :( Would've expected a little more, at least I bowled well and made rogue earn the win.

On 2nd look, the Fielding ME was very kind to me, only two misfields, and he had 3 drops and a missed runout.

Probably should since he only managed to win by 2 wickets and outrated me by 17k!

A RF is better than a RFM on a crumbler.

You would be better with one of both

That's what I can use my 800K prize money at end of season to buy :) didn't need a FM today anyway.

The Nailers won by 8 wickets

M. DiBergi 5.1-1-19-0, I. Murambadaro 42 (79b), M. Young 9 (12b)
End of over 31 (1 run) - The Nailers(109-2) RR 3.52

   The Nailers    Go Nigel Go
Batting - Top Order    13,874    14,237
Batting - Middle Order    11,320    10,296
Batting - Tail    4,533    4,113
Bowling - Seam    13,657 (30)    13,696 (20)
Bowling - Spin    15,342 (20)    13,974 (30)
Fielding/Keeping    16,080    14,742
Overall    234,273    224,015

Used the exact same orders as I had against CF last night and it worked wonders :) we absolutely crushed them. Bit annoyed that it took 4.2 overs to get the last 12 runs though. Need NRR so can afford to lose by a bigger margin next week.

Last I checked I still rate ~220K with my 26.5 average age squad. Which is higher than like 3 of the teams currently in div 1.

There's only 2 that'll really need to be fired next season as the 30yos should still be good for one more season.

you will have 2 x 32 year olds and 2 x 31 year olds.

I am looking at the league now. You will still struggle with your league rating 220k
