So I've been away from FTP longer than I thought. When did 1 year olds come into the game?

It's a new feature they introduced a season or 2 ago. If you're a member you can pay 20 credits and pimp out a chosen player from your squad to sleep with a prostitute. She gets pregnant and you immediately recruit the baby once born (one season later) in to your youth academy. Basically you are breeding your own stars :)

Their talents are also evident from birth, however if you choose the 'overbearing parent' feature, you can manipulate their talent.
All training from 5-16 is random as well, and can't be controlled, so you don't know what you'll end up with!
