Good joke. Every player in your side, including your spinners struggle to have experience anywhere near where it should be. He is better than your spinners

You really overrate exp tbh. You realise once it's at like outstanding it hardly makes a difference? EXP is designed to make less of a difference the higher it goes up. Also you'll find a lot of NAT players are only like outs exp @ 26yo (according to Daz) therefore my players are fine.

I do rate experience rather highly. The effect of experience is minimal after outstanding

some are higher of course
but in our squad we do have 2 on outstanding a 24 and 25 year old
so yeah round 25 or 26 should be getting towards a spec pop if not there
and that is for NAT players TBH club players can be less imo at that stage of career it's more important to be well rounded

@cookie - whack him on fielding mate expert bit low (especially if you want chances of him being picked for NAT's at some stage imo)

to get XP real high by 25 or 26 they have been played flat out from the moment they were pulled

perfect example is yaseen and khaleel forme (both played heasi'e youth, 20/20 and SOD andplayed under 18's) and yaseen is expert XP at 21 and Khaleel is expert at 22 and valentine who i bought from HB is accomat 21

Yes your guy's primaries and exp are better. My guy sucks with exp being bad, but provided I play him heaps from now on should get to outs exp and look okay at a decent age.

2 levels of fielding and 4 levels of power helps my guy against yours. Torp also has a similar player.
