Yeah that's pretty much the plan since I have to manage fatigue so I don't lose training. Then back up to div 1 where I will win 2 titles, but that will depend more on whether players get taken away on tours or not...

Big game for zz tonight. Win and he will be the div 1 champion, lose and he will be 2 points behind with just the 2 games to go...

Experience would be better for your troops in div 1. You can play those that miss out on the youth matches in your SOD and t20 matches. More nat tours the better I reckon. Im working on improving my youth academy to lavish or higher.

Yeah definitely. Obviously a long way away, but when they are 19 may look to try and win my senior leagues instead so I can be back in div 4 once they turn 20.

That would be a lot better then starting off in div 5 seniors. Especially if they go from div 1 youths experience to div 5 seniors experience.

Whats your actual plan with it? I know that a lot of people go the full youth rebuild, and maintain a deluxe youth academy until the players they bought and groomed to be their main players when they hit seniors. When their wages start to get to high, they drop their youth academy back to say superior or lavish. IMO it would be best to keep the deluxe or luxurious academy. The benefits of having high quality youths coming into your side, is worth a lot more. Any 19year olds that won't make your senior side, they get moved on.

That's my thought process on the whole thing. I like the way Ash runs his side. He uses youth pulls and players he purchases off the market to fund his youths and then his seniors. Moves on any players that aren't needed for seniors.

I would like to try and turn my side into something like that. Obviously it would have been a lot easier if I Didn't drop leagues by moving to South Africa
