Played Colli in a youth friendly, lost by 8 wickets but was extremely outrated. 10/11 of my players were Aussie, most of them being pulled, and a lot of them were 16/17 y.o

Sort of. I'm not going to buy any expensive players or have an academy that means I have to drop my senior one. I'm going to set orders though next season, when every player is Aussie.
