Torps affiliate, is really a nothing side atm. Takes awhile to grow a strong youth side from scratch

Was wondering why you had opened up with Thompson. You're maintaining a pretty good run rate for now. Really need to start taking a few more wickets...

Opened with him on def to try and last out as many balls as possible, so my stronger bats can come in at the end when your young fellas are tired. Normally wouldn't do it. But, I was under the impression your players wouldn't have great endo just yet. So far so good. You have conceded a large number of extras at the midway stage
is it just me or does anyone else like it when a player on a bowling deck goes at a Strike Rate between 30-40? :P Thompson batting very well :o
Yeah you're right about the endo levels. My fasty has reasonable, then one has average, two have ordinary and one has poor.

Can't believe I've only taken 2 wickets in 24 overs on a sticky! My only consolation is surely Thompson will be tired when has to bowl now!
My only concern is that my batters have batted too defensively. Hopefully they pick the run rate up soon
Yeah in to the last 8 overs now and going at just over 3. With 8 wickets in hand they should start swinging.

Well you've successfully managed to negotiate past my reas/reas fasty (with avg power) and my cap/reas spinner. Now my bowlers left over are an avg/reas medium and an avg/reas FM.

My only consolation is as I said before my batting goes very deep and they all have great talents. The top 7 goes like this...

Seam Spec
Boundary Hitter
Boundary Hitter
Boundary Hitter
Spin Spec
Skilled Bat
Finisher

This. I'm taking the long road, hopefully I can get a great senior AND youth team in a few seasons. In other news:

J. Reese 3-0-7-0, D. Rangaraj 26 (56b), I. Barsby 14 (34b)
End of over 25 (2 runs) - Torpedo's Titans(87-4). 101 runs required from 25 overs. RR 3.48 RRR 4.04

Playing MOD-Crowsfan. Not looking great.

I'm following this game too, it's not that bad Torp, especially with you having Lovell, Mahmoud and Ohanga to come.

Looks like that's what they've decided to do! Can't believe a bowler is going to bat out the 40 overs!! :o

Youth farms? I despise them. Going for a double team, as I said above.
