My undefeated youth season is over! :(

Bowled first on a humid/sticky and could only keep them to 7 for 140, with my rel/acc fasty only managing the 1 wicket >:(
Then in the chase just kept losing wickets and was bowled out for 118 with 7 overs to go to lose by 32 runs :(

Tried something different today. I'd been notcing that my OBB wasn't having much effect bowling the closing overs, because my opponents would set up a platform and being a medium, he'd be a sittiing duck. So today I had him bowling a little earlier, and my worst bowlers would open the bowling (rfm and rws) and they'd close the bowling. So that meant I had to roll my opponents in 44 overs, otherwise I'd get destroyed in those final six.

I was defending a meagre 170 (Sunny/Uneven) and Oldfield the OBB was the man, taking the final two wickets in the 44th over, allowing for a 4 runs win, and another week on top of Div 2.

Saw that on the FTP forum, bad luck CF but he took advantage of your youths touring :-X. At least you pretty much have the title locked up.

Had a good youth match with Cic yesterday, played an U18 side and rated 83k, so positive signs for next season :D. Also won on a flat, which means my tactics for batter pitches are getting better as experimenting a bit more.

Haha, Scotland sub-forums :P. I post occasionally to keep it alive as most active it's been since I joined the community...

And thanks :). Nothing spectacular like the youth farms of FF who dominate Division 1 ;), but it'll do if I can get like 1 player per season Senior standard.
