Ok specky, gone one step ahead and gone to the Transfer Market and made some searches for you. Here are some players you should look at. :)
Jayalath Zubair: accom/expert, bat, 21yo, Bid is $1k.
Livern Jan: reli/reli, bat, 21yo, Bid is $2k. (Accomplished Fielding)
Habib Haque: accom/accom, bat, 21yo, no bid, good talent, Fielding + experience
Hendy Haniff: accom/reli, bat, 20yo, no bid.
Rajeswara Pulavarti: accom/reli, bat, 20yo, $1k bid.

Will update the list slowly. :) My search list was: Batting/Bowling - reliable, Techinque - Reliable, Fielding - Average, Experience - Ordinary, Age - 20-21, Price. 0-20000.

Doesn't seem to be many bowlers that fit those options, but there are a couple. :)
David Simons: All Rounder! rfm, cap/accom/accom, 21yo, Bid is $16k. He's probably worth going to $40k for, as he'll be your star player. :)
Keith Power: Gun name, rfs, reli/reli, 20yo, decent talent, no bid
Eoin McGrath: 21yo, accom/reli, nice fielding, no bid

If you have no Youths, why do you not play your best side? It's not like there's anyone to give the experience too.

Had fatigued players that needed a rest therefore relieved them with youths to fill in the spots. Didn't realise how high he rated and just how low my ratings would be.

You were KO'ed first round of Pav Cup after throwing it, so your players have only played two matches for week. Are you saying they don't have the ability to play two matches a week? In that case you should get a larger squad.

Why is no one giving Nails shower? I got a heap of it when I lost to a Bot ages ago  :P

Meanwhile I made sure I wouldn't lose to a bot, I assume it's Baz's old aff team. Won by 8 wickets with second stringers and a few youths.

because it's Nails, and it's not the first time he's lost to a bot, so it's not funny anymore, it's sad. :P

I also played a bot yesterday, and I checked the ratings of my bot before making my lineup, and saw it was a 57k bot, so everyone that played in my SOD on friday and will play this friday (Same players) didn't play.

And i won by 139 runs. :) Best news from the game is that I gave Paul Aronstam (The new coach's fave, replacing Dorenagama) an over. And he took a wicket! :D :D

Lost my status as the number 1 youth team over the weekend since I had lost 9 players to nat duty last week, but no matter, I was back doing what I do best tonight, winning my youth match by 72 runs. Batted first on a slow and scored a solid 2 for 287, with Michael Stuart carrying his bat through the innings, ending on 148 not out from 116 balls. In defense, we restricted them to 4 for 215.

My one annoyance with the match was the fact that my fielding was so shower, and his was good. For the game he had 1 wicket chance and took it (passing 100%), then passed 13 fielding checks and failed 7 (passing 65%). In comparison I too had 20 regulation fielding checks and passed 16 and failed 4 (passing 80%), so better than him, but then for wickets I dropped 7 catches and took 3 (passing 30%). So why was I so shower at catching chances. Just ridiculous!  ::)
