It sure is more enjoyable! I also have little respect to those that purely youth farm (sorry guys, i hate you :P) and those that turn over on the TM nearly every season (That's you Nails, don't deny it).

I never plan to rebuild, neve rplan to youth farm, and never plan on relegating. Just slowly make my side better with everyone that goes through my team. :)

Why do you hate youth farms?

Because they are different. :P I don't particularly like senior-only squads aswell. Why not use all the tools at your disposal? They also raise the quality of players which is bad. :P

So even with me missing 9 players from my squad still managed to defeat HP tonight. HP chose to bat first on a sticky deck and looked to be in trouble when he was 5 for 52 after 17 overs, but managed to steady the ship. With 8 overs to go I had run out of actual bowlers and had to bowl 2 players with poor bowling summaries, which HP capitalised on, scoring 82 runs in the last 8 to finish on 6 for 168. In the chase, we managed to chase it down in 36.1 overs to win by 6 wickets :)

I have realized what my problem is and why I always seem to keep changing my direction with my side. I am expecting success and results to happen straight away. When they don't happen straight away I tend to change direction. So I have sold off some players to be able to afford my wages, in div 4 with no PC to help me and will buy players to strengthen my cause next season

I have considered pushing my youth academy for deluxe, as I am really enjoying the youth aspect. Youth recruits are showerhouse but enjoying the growth of my players

What a win in the PCC - by 6 wickets. Chased down 325 without setting orders and Wilkinson proved that he has taken the next step, hitting 103*. Hunzvi was great as well adding 76*.

Buy cheap. Cheap players with cheap wages. Don't buy high wage players for low leagues

players start getting worse from 30, so 20-24 is a good spot.


There is one important thing to know about this game, and that is be patient, be very very patient, success may not be achieved for a while. :P
