Don't invest in the academies. Try to cut wages or sell a few players not doing anything.

Prodigy talents only last if they are in the Youth Squad. So once they're 20, no use :(.

Got rid of my 19 y.o Bowling Prodigy a little while back as I found an 18 y.o replacement who had the same bowling ::).

No. Once they have a talent, it can never change. They can't add a new talent and can't drop one. Prodigy talent is just finished when they are 20.
