Either My Irish Flanagan or De Smith 8). Flanagan has Gifted Bowling at 22 (Expert/Expert). De Smith is the same age and has 2 Bowling talents and also Expert Expert 8).

tbh this game confuses me lol I only got assigned my team but I don't get it in the slightest as to what I'm supposed to be doing lol

You should see a Mod on the forum ;). Pulling GREAT youths almost every week ::). I've only pulled Casperson, Currie, Klibbe and now Gallagher over the past 2 seasons who are great 8). Did pull another New Zealander Boundary Hitter but sold him off for 15k :D.

My team is gifted in bowling, Raiteri especially, he's Expert/Accomplished at 20. Just not batting.

I have too many bowlers, I have a Reliable/Accomplished, a Accomplished/Reliable and an Accomplished/Accomplished all not getting a game  :P
