Alex he's 16 year old and prodigy ;). Average power for a guy that young and reasonable technique, average endurance and ordinary fielding. Can be trained to become a U19 NAT pretty much. Why else would he fetch such a high price. Ordinary batting is still good you know. He'll become a gun batsman I reckon 8). Accomplished/Accomplished by the time he's 19 easily in a good academy.

Might as well train him for your squad with those skills. Could be a decent youth bowler. Rating won't attract many buyers either :(.

Down to 50k :'(. Always have to spend on academies ::). I'll still sell them for bottom price if you guys are willing.

I've got 4 17 year olds I'll be willing to let go (No Casperson, Currie or Klibbe). Let me know if any of you guys need youths.

Yeah Hubert was in my senior lineup but I decided to avoid serious fatigue, I would just play him as captain and keeper of my youth squad.
Ah well, he is going to be a star I think.

Doesn't make your scout better but there are better chances a star youth will sign with you.

The higher your youth academy level, the more likely you'll recruit a star 8). But still a very small chance.

I've pulled better youths then some guys on the highest academy level if you go to their forums ;D.

Better academies also train your youths faster. So handy if you want to grow your team from there.
