Shaggy, popping happens at the same rate for every level, I think at least...
Would take a LOT longer to get him to reasonable than that :o
He is 26, they train slower than say a 20 year old at primaries.

2 pops in batting could take the entire season :o. Wouldn't hope for 4. Takes a good 4-6 weeks just for 1 pop in a skill in training (bar any previous training).

I'll be happy if I can get 2 pops in a non gifted skill for my guys in a season.
