no no if u go somewhere like kenya if there isn't enough teams there are only div 5 lowest only Australia and England i believe are the only ones past div 5

There is no Kenyan league Q :( Otherwise that is where I would be going :P
I will be going to Sri Lanka, looking at it I can probably make it to Div 3 with my team as is and with the inevitable improvements to come in future seasons who knows.

Where do the players who don't have a league come from, like Kenya and Ireland?

I am pretty sure that Kenyan players only come from youth pulls, doesn't make much difference, starting players are no good anyway...
If they started a UAE league at 7:00 & 7:30 I would join that because the times suit school...
