Yeah he is alright, ordinary at 16 means that you could train him up to be quite good. I would keep him.

Talents don't really help yet :-\

He's good CF :D. Is a spinner and has alright bowling/technique. Not bad fielding either :D.

Keep him ;). Has a bowling and batting talent.

RB, he's good. A bit older but is a nice allrounder. Just train fielding ;). Technique will pop on the way.
