Over the past week played Phasir in 4 Youth Friendlies on 3 Flats and 1 Green. Ratings were within 2k of each other yet he lost all 4 >:D. Maybe my youths aren't as bad as I thought...

Need reminding how bad they are? >:D

I'm pretty sure you'll make almost any youth team look bad though :P.

If you want they can have a go at my Seniors if you want to be brought down to size :P.

Do your seniors like picking on little kids? :P
Although I guess they are 18 now so technically men...

They really do, they are in need of a morale booster around the club ;). And if they can't beat those their own age, best to take on those just entering manhood :P.

fml. This is too tense. I've played outta my skin to keep my myself in touch this season. Today was the one game where I can say I was outplayed for the majority of the match, I've had a chance in all the other 10 weeks. I have 1st next week, but I beat him last time and he's in a shocking run of form. I promised everyone that I wouldn't relegate, I'm so close to hanging on.

Well with HP dishing out the trash talk on my Goats I thought I would challenge him to a match with my affiliate side. Pitch ended up being a crappy flat with humid weather. HP won the toss and send me in to bat, where they bowled us out for a measly 224 with a ball to spare. Thought I would never defend that, but somehow bowled out HP in 35 overs for just 147!! :o

Flat/Humid, 300 definitely, 280 I'd back myself, anything under 260 though... 224 is a ridiculous amount. and to win by such a margin too!

Thought I was playing Cyrus. Good game HB although was out pretty much Friday night and by the time I got home on Saturday was too late :(. I'll get you guys in a rematch :P. Surprised my guys couldn't score more though on a Flat even with the default orders :o :o. Good effort getting them out for 147.

Tomorrow is make or break for me, I win, one step closer to staying in Div 1, and only two weeks from being triple Div 1, with some money to spend, and the lads I first bought (Wardlaw, Watson, Horton) all hitting their peaks. I lose, I will sit in 7th with two difficult matches to go, relegation looms.

I know, no idea how I managed that as think out of my 6 batters, 2 were on D and 1 on A (since use to playing on more bowler oriented pitches). Shouldn't have been that bad.

Yeah I went defensive on the Flat as well (not that much by about 5 overs or so). But you managed to grab the wickets despite them :(.
