Batting - Middle Order   9,173   12,500
Batting - Tail   3,637   7,768
Bowling - Seam   9,783 (20)   14,191 (20)

Fielding/Keeping   12,518   13,917

Stoked. Chased down 285 on an uneven. My opening bat made 91 against two NT standard fasties while my out/out keeper made 51* off 31 to bring us home. Incredible win. Gives me hope for my T20 fixture in a few weeks against this bloke.

Imagine if I beat him twice and then you beat me. Will be gun for the competitiveness of the league.

Yeha. It's not fair on people who've got him in div 3. I was in div 4 with him 3 seasons ago and he was so mad I pipped him to promotion in both divs in the last week that he just went all out IIRC. It's such a shocking strategy economically and it sucks for the game so I hate him for it :(

So, I kinda ended up getting this guy for a lot of money.

Mainly did it for showers and gigs, but looks like I might need to train him properly.

It's a good buy. When I rebuild I'd have paid 1.25 for him. Frankie Edgar went for 1.4 million more than that and all he had was one level of bat/tech, one less power, 2 less fielding and a relevant talent.

He won't reach potential in superior though :(

End of over 20 (2 runs) - Bangladeshi Cricket Club(68-9) RR 3.40

Surely that must be one of the lowest scores my a team in t20 where they haven't been bowled out.

That is bloody terrible.

PowerBug

#53579
End of over 17 (6 runs) - Sectors XI(99-5) RR 5.82
J. Kuhlengisa 3-0-13-0, L. Van der Lijn 7 (13b), B. Bissoon 24 (17b)
Cloudy/Crumbling. He's doing ok i guess, next over changes everything.

17.1 W Oldfield to Van der Lijn : [catch] There's an edge! Adams gets his hands to it but can't hold on and Horton shows superb anticipation and reflexes to quickly grab the looping ball. A very relieved Oldfield joins them to celebrate.
L. Van der Lijn c K. Horton b. D. Oldfield 7 (14b 0x4 0x6) SR:50.00

17.2 W Oldfield to Heaney : [catch] Heaney looks to launch the ball over the mid-off fielder, gets it high on his bat, and it results in a simple catch to Aronstam. Oldfield shows Heaney the way to the pavilion.
L. Heaney c P. Aronstam b. D. Oldfield 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

17.3 1 Oldfield to Graham : Graham on-drives Oldfield for a single, and the pair exchange a few words as Graham reaches the bowler's end. Keep your eye on that one, these two can both get a bit feisty.

17.4 W Oldfield to Bissoon : [catch] Nicked and gone! A simple catch for Adams, Bissoon does not look too happy about that shot
B. Bissoon c I. Adams b. D. Oldfield 24 (18b 4x4 0x6) SR:133.33

That is 5 wickets for Oldfield!

17.5 W Oldfield to Imran : [catch] Imran appears to have mixed his hobby and day-job together fishing at that one outside off and giving Wardlaw a nice easy catch at point.
F. Imran c W. Wardlaw b. D. Oldfield 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

17.6 W Oldfield to Lenferink : [catch] Slower ball outside the off stump, Lenferink doesn't get the required elevation to clear the man inside the circle and holes out to Horton at mid-off. It's a combination of smart bowling and poor batting.
J. Lenferink c K. Horton b. D. Oldfield 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

A hattrick for Oldfield!

End of over 18 (1 run) - Sectors XI(100-10) RR 5.56
D. Oldfield 3-0-11-7, L. Graham 1 (1b)

Wasn't even a maiden. What a spud.

EDIT: And now he's really done it. On friday Dorenagama brought up No. 200 SOD on the way to 6fer, today, Oldfield was equalling the amount of t20 games as Dorenagama, and sat 6 wickets behind. So with Dorenagama not playing, he took full advantage... I should fire him now.
