Gosh Q, couldn't have given me a better pitch! 4 spinners here we come.

Haven't checked the game yet - I'm predicting a massive upset, for the record!

Link for anyone interested.

I reckon 3 FS bowlers is a bit risky, especially on a dry.

Inb4 they run through me.

End of over 20 (8 runs) - SE Melbourne Thunder Dogs(146-8). 32 runs required from 0 overs. RR 7.30 RRR 0.00
M. Murphy 0 (0b), V. Love 3 (4b), D. MacMahon 4-1-26-2
broomesweepers won by 31 runs

Pretty good win. Had two bowlers royally pasted as well. If he'd got my gun batsman out it'd have been a different story.

Good game m'lad.

Anyone ever submitted some commentary?

CrowsFan

Yeah I have. Had some accepted and some rejected. Just looked at the commentary submissions stat and our very own BP is equal 38th on most submissions, submitting 27 pieces of commentary. 6 accepted and 21 rejected...

Master Q

Robbed Sap  :P Thought I had the game - went with my new risky tactic that seems to be working, opening with Hunzvi on aggressive.

Left it too late to change the pitch and the all the spinners I have are FS  :-\ Really need to work on my bowling variety! Got 2 mediums in the reserves but both are projects (one is pure med the other is an AR).

Ah ok, I got the confirmation when I saw it in my youth game, unfortuanetly wasn't the best news at the time when he got out.

Yeah, I've been pretty poor in T20 over time and especially the start of this season. Having worked out the errors (bowling my best bowlers when there's not much pressure so they can just see them off) I've addressed that.

When Corkhill, who's my excep/excep leggie with a trigger had 4 overs left in the last 12 the game was won. When there's pressure to score on he thrives.

Definitely did well though, had you got Fausiya out it'd have been game over for me.

Look forward to the inevitable rematches next season, barring the impossible :)

Won by 4 wickets last night.

Chose to bowl first on a dry pitch and kept them to 5 for 231, Asad taking 2 for 40. Then in the chase got there with 2.1 overs left, Bobcat the top scorer with 79 from 68 balls :)

That win puts me at 8-0, and Snowtop at 6-2 (beaten him twice). Playing the now second placed KISS next week who is also 6-2, so if I beat them (which I should) I will be pretty much guaranteed promotion to div 1 :)

Another easy enough win. Once again "The Black Shadow" Marc Bruin proved why he is your all knowing merciless God, 4/17 and 34* in a partnership with Van den Hof that led us to victory. Week 12 looms as the big battle left this season, Me vs uzz for the Div 1 title

TheAnt

408 run partnership today, with two double centuries, pretty nice...
