Result:   Match tied

I rested Elijzen and Bell who I really need for my SOD match. I'm shocked I was able to do that, considering they were only 3 down in the chase

Edit: And I lost 7/0  :P http://www.fromthepavilion.org/scorecard.htm?gameId=1946121

Fletch74

Wow :o :o

That's amazing 7/0 and no Hattricks...!!

Can someone less retarded than me please work out what my NRR would have been if this match never happened:

http://www.fromthepavilion.org/commentary.htm?gameId=1931292

or if I won it by like 5 runs... :X

I might have promoted if it wasn't for this stupid bot match.
If that game had never happened your NRR would have been...

0.6826

So still not enough to promote.

If you had scored 120 in that game and restricted them to their 116, but it had taken them all 20 overs your NRR would have been 0.8725 so just enough to promote ;)

Ok so say I listed him with a starting price of 30k would you make the first bid? I've decided to kinda rebuild my youth squad since I have I think 7 16 year olds in it at the moment so getting rid of the 18 year olds that wont be making it to the seniors now...

Make it 25k and I'll throw the first bid
Ok just listed him for 25k :)

Anyone have a recommendation on which country to move to at the end of this season. Currently in Aust, but obviously more opportunities, higher league opportunity somewhere else. Thinking maybe the West Indies?

JBs-Hawks

Come to Sri Lanka there's a fair few of us here and you will probs get put straight in div 4

I might head there in a few seasons time :)

So annoyed about tonight's game. Playing a bot who rates about 55k so decided to change it to a flat pitch so Wilkinson could get to 2500 runs (he needs 109), but the stupid bot won the toss and chose to bat so now that's no chance :(

End of over 14 (9 runs) - Woodies Wonders(55-3) RR 3.93
G. Bruce 24 (46b) , G. Smith 14 (14b) , S. Raymer 3-0-14-0

Gay!! >:(

Cookie311993

West indies have a bad game time if you can put up with that it's a good move. Other wise timezones closhish to aus, Pakistan and Sri Lanka are best move imo

JBs-Hawks

Iv finished 2nd in both my youth leagues, will there be a bot flush at EOS and possible promotion?

Finished off the youth season with a 9 wicket win, chasing down the target of 123 in just 16.1 overs. Sloane picked up man of the match for his 60 not out plus a catch and run out, followed closely behind by Sawle who took 3 for 27 from his 8 overs and got a catch.

And thus ends the great youth careers of Wilkinson, Sloane, Raymer. Just some little stats about each of those players...

Wilkinson played 50 matches for the youth team, and batted in 44 innings, scoring a total of 2,438 runs at an average of 71.71. Scored 8 centuries and 12 half centuries with a top score of 177. Wilkinson is the highest run scorer for my youth team in history.
Sloane played 46 matches, but also batted in 44 innings, scoring a very impressive 2,109 runs at an average of 57.00. Scored 4 centuries and 16 half centuries with a top score of 162. Third highest run scorer for my youths.
Raymer was a top class spin bowler. In total playing 43 youth games for the Matadors. In those 43 games he took 64 wickets at an average of 22.5. This puts him as the second highest wicket taker for the Matador youths.

These players will all be sorely missed, but they are all being promoted to the senior squad where their careers will hopefully continue to shine! :)

nice CF, all pretty decent players :O

7 Ellon Eagles 13 5 8 0 20 +1.1103 3522 / 650.0 2656 / 616.3

my conundrum for the final week of SOD games. I play 8th (bot and winless, but good bot :-\) and he play 1st. Only trouble is, 1st is 2 games clear at the top, so if he decides to throw the match.... 7th rates about the same as me anyway, as shown by his NRR.

What's the conundrum? You are playing a bot who rates 124k. Play your full strength team and guarantee yourself survival ;)
