Both popped in tech 6 weeks ago and have had 6 tech training sessions since then (Jafferjee bowling tech, Farrell batting tech). Their primary skill popped 2 weeks before that and so have had 8 tech training sessions since their last bat/bowl pop :)

Um....

So... I started up an affiliate club last week. Thought I'd try something different, so just bought a stack of really high performing players who were towards the end of their career (All 30+) so were very cheap.

Played my first friendly tonight and had a match rating of 203,000  :o

Not sure what is going to happen this week cause I suspect match payments will use up all of my income, and obviously the ratings will drop away quickly as they age. Interesting experiment though...

Anyone care for a challenge? :)

Nails, you get the same experience from a tour whether they play no matches or every match... ;)

From what I've read/understood is...

You get extra exp for going on tour, but then get more exp based on how many matches you play... ?
