Nails your rebuild is gonna be a stinker in the future if you don't change the age spread

You got him cheap nails, but that experience will prevent him from becoming anything more than a solid club player I would think.

Hopefully based on those 4 exp isn't a huge deal at Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe is pretty shower at NATs anyway, so hopefully that gets me across the line and he gets a nice healthy NAT career. He played a lot of u19 games. He's currently the 4th highest waged 21yo Zimb player too.

When they start to get to 24-25 that's when I'll sell a couple off (if I go through with it) and start buying 20-22yos then.

Does anyone know when you get your 25k for a player on tour? This is my first tour with Seinfeld.

"Nat Player Compensation
These amounts are now awarded a couple of days after the tour finishes (they used to be allocated when the squads were finalised a couple of weeks prior to the tour starting)"

I didn't know it was 25k though. I thought it was a percentage of his wage? But I'm not sure...

Cheers CF. Nice win for Bermuda last night :) Good old Harry weaved his magic :P

Here is the compensation according to the rules...

For each player selected to tour, the club will be paid the following compensation.

Senior nat player: $25,000
U19 nat player: $20,000

Got mixed up with seniors.

Sweet!
Was only expecting like 2k for Wilkinson on tour, now I get 10 times that :D

Poor plan there Nails. You should have been buying a couple each season but you're too impatient.

The issue you will face with O'Sullivan is that you will be up against my play, Slwana is currently 4 levels higher in fielding (1-2 weeks off being 5 levels) and 1 level higher experience (Also a few weeks off being 2 levels higher). Sure, Slwana may only be exp/exp but you need to drastically fix his fielding while I can sit Slwana on his Gifted bowling for a long time to come and will be in higher divisions thus his experience wont suffer.

To be honest I don't really care if it's a painful rebuild, I might just sit tight and earn $ in for a couple seasons so I can have big bucks and bring in superstars. After another 10 seasons I might begin to lose interest so a 2-3 season break would be good anyway.

    End of over 7 (7 runs) - Nowrah CC(58-1). 141 runs required from 13 overs. RR 8.29 RRR 10.85
D. Cezair 13 (9b) , A. Plummer 38 (27b) , O. Samkange 2-0-21-0

1st (him) vs. 3rd (me)

if I hadn't lost to that bot thanks to fatigue I might have been better than 3rd... stupid flowering bot was the biggest bullshower upset ever. O'Sullivan is bowling pretty handy too.

Great win. Would of won by more if the final partnership was their best.

You pretty much went right past the Slwana competition in your post Nails. :P Worried? haha <3

Haha, not the worst thing in the world if he doesn't make NATs....

And generally NAT teams have more than 1 spinner so Zimb's spinners can be Slwana and O'Sullivan ;)

The thing is Slwana is only exp/exp but O'Sullivan is probably half way to spec/spec was being trained in bowling by a top (I think) academy so far this season.

The Nailers won by 31 runs

M. Bryce is tired.

    End of over 20 (9 runs) - Nowrah CC(167-5). 32 runs required from 0 overs. RR 8.35 RRR 0.00
D. Cezair 68 (46b) , C. Free 7 (4b) , M. Nyongai 4-0-27-2

Nowrah CC   The Nailers
Batting - Top Order:   11,415   8,097
Batting - Middle Order:   8,786   6,221
Batting - Tail:   2,552   3,193
Bowling - Seam:   9,912 (8)   7,512 (12)
Bowling - Spin:   8,580 (12)   9,699 (8)
Fielding/Keeping:   6,780   8,587
Overall:   154,367   134,551

Constantly winning 19-35K upsets these days.

Bit concerned about my seam ratings though  :-\

In a time where fielding is key, you will have 23 weeks of fielding to catch up to mine, which in that time Slwana will be Spec/Spec with better experience and better Endurance. Plus from then on out, my gifted bowling puts Slwana ahead as he gets to WC/WC around 26.
