I think i have a pretty decent team now, only have one player under capable fielding, and that's Dorenagama. I only have 4 players over 25, Dorenagama (30yo RFM), Peden, (30yo Bat), Tonge (28yo Opener), Mukund (26yo AR). Also, with my new plan of going secondary mad, and have no-one over outs/outs, i'll be trying to get my players to accom/expert maybe even outstanding fielding, depending on how good they are at the moment. Then they'll have something like spect/excep/wclass power, again depending on how advanced they are atm.

Obviously next on the shopping list is a FM/F. I'm not selling Dorenagama so he'll be able to chip in here and there, but i need an actual FM. (No-one try to talk me into selling Dorenagama, it won't be happening :P) If i want to improve on a current player i'd try to get a LWS to replace Will Campbell.

Exp/Exp at 22? That is very average. Secondaries don't really make up for anything and he has the exp of a 19/20/21 y.o... His only upside is his talent. I wouldn't have payed over 75k for him TBH.

fair enough, i agree his exp is a bit low, but it's not terrible. If you want a NAT then exprt/exprt is bad for a 22yo, but to replace a cap/reli 20yo it's fairly decent. :)
