Yeah, won easily. Rolled them for 200 something, 94 run win. Rated 80k even with the two 16yo's :) Top of the table clash next week, win it and i'm through to Div 3 next season. Lose it, and it goes to NRR to decide who promotes.

Had an easy time myself. Bowled them out for 147 (The Dutch Treat with 3/33) and knocked it off in 24.1 overs, only bad thing was Smits sniped most of the runs....making the runs battle between Cusack and Wilkinson a lot closer than it needed to be  >:(

Wouldn't HP then walk away with promotion anyway since he is still a game ahead of you? Plus it'll be tough to beat Snowtop since I assume The Dutch Treat is going on tour next week?
By the way Cusack will be the leading run scorer since Wilkinson will be on tour next week and will miss the game ;)

Played Cyrus today on a hot/slow pitch. Cyrus won the toss and sent me in to bat. Things got off to a bad start when I lost Deem early for just 3, but then McEvoy and Skinner put on a 152 run partnership before McEvoy fell for 96. Things went south after that and was eventually bowled out for 284 from 48.2 overs. McEvoy top scoring and Skinner second with 94.

In defense my bowlers were going beautifully and I had them at 3-41 after 9 overs. However we encountered a problem in cyrus' opener Viyusa Samsodien who just refused to get out whilst the others kept falling. In the end managed to get him out for 146 and cruised to a 40 run victory, but if Samsodien had stayed in I probably would have lost.

Man of the Match
3. Viyusa Samsodien - obvious choice. His 146 came from just 120 balls
2. Nathan McEvoy - unlucky not to get his 100, out for 96 from 101 balls, also took a catch
1. Percy Skinner - again unlucky not to get 100, out for 94 from 100 balls, also took a catch

Special mention to Rhett Maloney who took 4 for 39 from 8 overs, including the wicket of Samsodien :)
