Cyrus you beating me the other week may cost my chances at promotion >:(

playing top tonight and should outrate him by about 1k we are both playing on our favoured green wicket though ive got the slightly upper with 1 extra medium and him playing a spinner, feeling confident! Especially with my batsman being in good form!
i am sorry next time i will do my best to lose and get demoted  ::)
well yeh thats what i expect... :P

Well anyways i ended up losing when every thing was in my favour after posting 144 on a green/cloudy ::)

On a Sunny/Flat.

Should easily win this considering our ratings + winning the toss gives me a huge advantage in these conditions.

Rested Jhappan and Cosstick, and played Abid and Seinfeld. Always knew the game would be confortable, bowled them out for 75 and chased it down in 12.3 overs. Still a game plus NRR clear on top.

What would be the best way to improve NRR, need to imrpove my NRR to win my youth league. Im out ranking everyone just have a large gap to bridge.

Personally, i like to Bat first on Flats and just kill them. Or you can bowl first on Stickies and roll them for 50 aswell. Then chase down quickly. Both are good options.

My current Youth match, another Flat Bashing for me. I'm gonna enjoy these scores, as when i promote to Div 3 i won't have them anymore. :(

Playing HP tonight in a top of the table, clash of the titans match :)

Home   Hello
Away   The Matchbox Matadors
Ground   Hello CG
League   Youth 2.2
Date   04 Apr 12 09:00
Crowd   5,702
Weather   Sunny
Pitch   Dry

Raymer has called tails and lost the toss. George ponders for a moment before deciding to bat first. Hello will start their innings shortly.

The weather for the match is expected to be Sunny and the groundsmen have prepared a Dry pitch. Conditions look ideal for the spinners.

A crowd of 5,702 has arrived at Hello CG today for the Youth match between Hello and The Matchbox Matadors.

So bowling first, just like I did last Thursday when we had a friendly. Going in with the exact same tactics since they brought me a comfortable 8 wicket win last time, so hopefully I get a similar result, although that is highly unlikely!

Anyway the winner goes 1 game clear of the rest of the pack so going to be a very tense game! If you would like to watch here is the link :)

I'll be tuning in CF. :)

2.4 1 Gibbs to Ali : [dropped] Thick edge by Ali which evades a diving Warakagoda at second slip. Gibbs looks on in disgust as the batsmen take 1. (Average fielding)
11.3 . Odhiambo to Ali : [dropped] Edged... and down! Great diving effort from Bray but he was always going to be struggling to catch that one, Ali can count his lucky stars after that near miss. (Reasonable fielding)
15.5 1 Odhiambo to Najjar : [missed runout] Najjar strokes the ball firmly, Gibbs attacks the ball and just misses the stumps with the batsman well short of his ground. (Average fielding)
17.5 . Gibbs to Yaseen : [dropped] Yaseen hits it hard in the air towards point. Aronstam gets a hand to it but can't quite hold on. (Reasonable fielding)

NO-ONE, drop catches and misses runouts in my team. >:(

End of over 29 (3 runs) - DWorst(158-5). 217 runs required from 11 overs. RR 5.45 RRR 19.73
S. Temiz 17 (23b) , C. Shaheen 4 (7b) , K. Bray 4-0-19-1 , R. Vivian 5-0-25-0

My best bowler is wicketless!?!? GTFO

In slightly better news, i made 374/3 before. G.Odhiambo 163* (100).

A tie so BP comes back in with a shot at winning it. :P

From my game:
30.4 1 Durant to Shaheen : [misfield] Laghari comes charging in from cover and overruns the ball. The batsmen steal a single, and Durant does not look happy at all.

He's not the only one that's not happy. That's 5 misfields today. >:(

CrowsFan

Haha fair enough. Have to play BP next week too!!

Well umm, you could've still had: http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=812757 But thanks for selling him. ;D :P

the missed stumping and drop catch will hurt if Williamson goes really big.
