The Brat Pack won by 33 runs

This is called "Doing only what is required to win". Goodman rattled off 123 off 63, Pickett 85 off 45 and while Shaggy had a good partnership between Sipho and Shah he could never keep up with the RRR and when DiNozzo came back for his second spell he stuck the knife in Shaggy's heart

WTF Luigi... I was considering this guy but at that price already  :P

PowerBug

That's the way the market is running these days. He may still go for more.

In a match against the highest rating team in the league I am off to a pretty good start on a hard pitch :)

   End of over 3 (4 runs) - Snowtop Hammerheads(24-3) RR 8.00
D. Brown 3 (3b) , M. Hunter 1 (2b) , D. Mahabir 2-0-19-1

chrisuzz

He probs has players touring CF ;)

End of over 6 (maiden) - chrisuzz(22-0) RR 3.67
L. Jemmott 9 (19b) , N. Ismail 13 (17b) , N. MacLeod 3-2-8-0

Will be outrated by bout 20k so a good start on an uneven deck

CrowsFan

Nah he doesn't zz ;)

End of over 7 (10 runs) - Snowtop Hammerheads(55-3) RR 7.86
D. Brown 21 (14b) , M. Hunter 13 (16b) , D. Mahabir 4-0-39-1

Even though they lost 3 wickets they have been smashing me around the park. He tricked me with the pitch since when I set orders today it was green so gave Mahabir aggressive orders, but then it was changed to hard... :(

End of over 9 (7 runs) - chrisuzz(40-1) RR 4.44
A. Marsh 4 (3b) , L. Jemmott 20 (27b) , E. Hill 1-0-7-0

I dont know how im doing so well especially when hell be rating 95-105k

And i checked his squad CF, your right :)

End of over 27 (4 runs) - chrisuzz(111-2) RR 4.11
A. Marsh 37 (64b) , T. Malipeddi 0 (0b) , W. King 5-0-29-1

Jemmot decides to bring up with his 50 with a 4 then gets out next ball ::) anyways a good innings for an opening batsman! :)

EDIT:
End of over 31 (5 runs) - chrisuzz(130-3) RR 4.19
A. Marsh 50 (76b) , W. Beckles 5 (11b) , C. Fraser 6-1-17-1

Another solid 50!

EDIT:
End of over 40 (9 runs) - chrisuzz(173-6) RR 4.32
S. Casie Chetty 13 (17b) , J. Gates 21 (19b) , C. Cunningham 8-0-38-1

Is that enough on an uneven deck?

CrowsFan

End of over 40 (10 runs) - Snowtop Hammerheads(246-8) RR 6.15
R. Crawford 59 (52b) , M. Reid 5 (4b) , S. Raymer 8-0-35-1

Very happy to restrict them to that on a hard pitch. It's an achievable target, but still have to be wary of his strong bowlers...

PowerBug

What is the worst pitch for 2xRF , 1xRFM , 1xRWS , 1xLFS?? One of the fasties is the best bowler, the other four are pretty similar.

CrowsFan

I would say go dry. Disadvantages the 3 seamers, but gives a boost to the spinners...

chrisuzz

If you lack spinners maybe green disadvantages spinners, while providing no advantage to pace, if mediums are your strength though that is...

PowerBug

With Humid Weather i'm tempted to go Green. I'll just see how the next few days plan out though. :)
